Head of Brand & Marketing Creative

About You:

As the Head of Brand & Marketing Creative, you will be the key leader in a large and growing Performance Marketing Creative team spanning every discipline from graphic design, motion graphics, HTML5 content advertising, etc. This role requires the duality of being left and right brained: the ability to validate creative intuition with keen data driven decisions provided by the UA and DS teams. A significant trait to consider is how one that's equally comfortable driving how words and pictures form ideas that change perceptions and conversations about
a brand. You will directly lead creative teams across all of our business lines and apps in the London office and as we continue to expand globally. This role reports directly to the Director of User Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire your creative teams drive leading-edge, impactful and valuable ideas across our campaigns across our current and future apps that deliver results across brand and performance metrics depending on channel.
  • Lead, mentor and grow our growing digital design team, working hand-in-hand with designers and product managers to ensure our digital experiences are best in class.
  • Provide inspirational creative leadership and Lead creative execution to a high standard while navigating the tradeoffs of a high growth and fast paced company.
  • Direct full-scale, integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion, developing the best possible experiences in advertising, social, content, live-ops events & live channel activations and on-web programming.
  • Partner closely with the User Acquisition, Product and Data Science Teams to constantly innovate ways to deliver compelling creatives that speak volumes through performance.
  • Constantly strive for excellence, to inspire and be inspired by teams across Creative, the rest of our Marketing organization and executives across the organization.
  • Robust background with experience in a multitude of creative disciplines: graphic design, motion graphics, HTML5 content advertising, etc.
