The Role

The Part Time Finance Assistant (3 days a week) will work as part of the Finance and overall Support Team to provide an efficient and positive environment for all staff.  We pride ourselves on our creative and exciting culture and the role will seek to encompass this. This role will initially join us on a 12 month FTC basic.

Working closely with HR, Talent Resourcing, Office Management and our international offices to generate accurate reporting, the role is a great opportunity for someone interested in being very hands-on in a dynamic, fast growing digital company.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bank reconciliation, completing monthly reconciliations ensuring all costs are posted appropriately.
  • Management of purchase ledger for UK and US entities.
  • Credit card reconciliations, preparing expense reports from online expenses system.
  • Supplier Reconciliation and dealing with supplier queries.
  • Assistance with annual audit, providing documentation and assistance where required.
  • Input into monthly submission file to US parent company.
  • Management of headcount movement, weekly updates and monthly reporting.
  • Managing staff and supplier queries.
  • Other general ad hoc queries.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Process focused with strong attention to detail and ability to establish, embed and maintain effective product and communication processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and be a self-starter.
  • Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel.
  • Focus and dedication to culture of continuous improvement.
