MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will report into the VP of HR (Digital) regarding all HR generalist support. Our HR Manager will partner with the business and provide input on employee relations, assistance creating People-focused strategic road maps and recommendations, analysis on market trends, and generally be a Rockstar Cultural Ambassador and People-Partner Champion. Additional responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of monthly metrics and reports that summarize organizational health within the digital business units
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with others on the HR team to make recommendations for solutions, programs and policies
Monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement, retention, and general employee happiness
Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day HR tasks
As needed, provide support on employee-related issues within the Digital portfolio, like working conditions, D&I feedback, engagement activities, and so on.
Partner with the broader global HR function on communication, training, and follow-up with key stakeholders
Work closely with leadership and teams to build morale, increase productivity and retention, and generally become a “Best Place To Work”
Recommend actions regarding promoting, coaching, managing, etc. team members
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Identify training needs for departments and individual coaching needs in partnership with the wider HR function
Administer various HR plans and procedures as needed within the global Digital employee base
Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures, including helping to maintain an updated employee handbook and other knowledge transfer documents
Partner with hiring leaders to help plan training & development schedules
Assist employees with day to day People/HR questions and requirements
Other duties as needed

EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND
Our ideal HR/People Ops Manager will come with the following experience:

Exceptional communication and organization skills
A self-motivated, can-do attitude with high levels of optimism and positivity
Be a hustler. We want someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and software skills… yes, that includes wizard-like abilities in Excel and PowerPoint
Keen aptitude to come up with creative solutions to problems, test, iterate, rinse, and repeat
Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships
Given all the awesome tasks at hand, the ideal candidate will have an ability to independently prioritize a demanding workload and ask for clarification and guidance when needed
Someone who can run fun, handle tight deadlines well, and learn together
Big plus if you have experience in gaming, tech or media
Even bigger plus if you’ve worked in an HRIS system called Workday before
A growth mindset, a big dose of humility, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done!

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
A minimum of 3 to 9 years of work experience, ideally in HR/People Ops, Operations, or Business-related roles.
