Recruiter (Contract)

Role Purpose

Product Madness is seeking an experienced recruiter that will be responsible for recruitment in all area of our hiring needs. You will lead the recruitment efforts for our various marketing departments including technical and non-technical roles. We are looking for someone with experience filling various roles in the marketing departments such as User Acquisition, Data Analysts, Graphic Designers and Customer Experience positions. This role will focus mainly on the User Acquisition/Media Buying roles. The recruiter will be expected to work onsite at our San Francisco office. We’re looking for a successful recruiter with the ability to identify uniquely talented individuals to join our team.

3-6 month recruiting contract role. Looking for someone who can work onsite in our SF office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting- Identify, source and engage candidate through creative and innovative strategies
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met, including training and advising hiring managers on best practices
  • Establish effective communication with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
  • Work with business partners to improve recruitment processes and ATS to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Serve as an ambassador to the company to attract talent into the pipeline
  • Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Product Madness talent acquisition efforts (process improvements, new initiatives, creative projects, career fairs etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR on Visas and immigration 

Qualification

  • At least 2 years of technical or business recruiting in a startup, corporate or agency environment
  • Industry knowledge of digital, tech or gaming companies including technical and non-technical positions is a plus
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, events, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and working in an ATS, (ours is Jazz HR)
  • Exceptional offer negotiation skills with successful track record of directly sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • Creative mindset and ability to work with a sense of urgency and “hustle” without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with reporting metrics, such as time to fill
