User Acquisition Analyst

User Acquisition Marketing Analyst

Location: London, UK

The Role

You will manage user acquisition marketing campaigns on a variety of mobile ad networks to drive revenue.  You will be responsible for launching and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, evaluating the effectiveness of creative designs for campaigns, and conducting thorough analysis of key performance indicators to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare advertising schedules and timelines for campaign launches, and ongoing account optimisation and maintenance.
  • Work cross-functionally with other Product Madness teams, stakeholders and the leadership team to design user acquisition campaigns and determine values of acquisition efforts and optimize performance.
  • Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and returns.
  • Develop short-term budgets and plans with the creative team to drive user acquisition and App Store Optimisation.
  • Conduct competitive research and macro-level research to stay informed on fluctuations and changes in the industry and environment that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns.
  • Represent Product Madness at high-profile industry events.

About You

  • Experience working within media planning/buying with an established track record of measurable results
  • Self starter who is always trying to find ways to improve things
  • Good communicator who can share team’s vision and inspire team members
  • Team player who can easily establish good relationships and influence stakeholders
  • An understanding of Facebook’s advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
  • Strong business logic with the ability to identify new opportunities to acquire new users
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel; SQL plus
