The Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a User Acquisition Manager Lead to join our new UA function based in London.

The successful candidate with have a wealth of experience within the Facebook user acquisition channel. Responsible for strategy execution and supervising a team of user acquisition analysts within channel you will have a hands on approach as well as mentor the team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage user acquisition marketing campaigns on the Facebook channel
  • Manage ad spend across separate operating systems and channels; track and analyze results to maximize yield on ad spend and increase ROI
  • Generate detailed spend and performance reports using relevant KPI metrics (ROAS, Retention, FTD) specific to goals, and present to management
  • Work with Product and LiveOps teams and senior management to design/develop marketing strategies
  • Develop a strong acumen of product understanding and execute it in the media buying efforts
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key partners
  • Conduct competitive and macro-level research to stay informed on industry changes that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns
  • Identify, Develop and analyse key performance indicators for Google
  • Build and execute creative strategy to drive results
  • Manage relationship with key partners
  • Represent Product Madness at key industry events

About You

  • Extensive experience of managing user acquisition campaigns within an app marketplace environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, specifically focused on multi-touch attribution models
  • Sharp analytical skills and metric-driven decision making
  • Extremely organized and attention to details
  • Willingness to learn and improve with a keen interest in paid user acquisition
