Talent Acquisition Partner – 12 months FTC

Location - London

The Role

Due to continued growth, Product Madness is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting across multiple business areas to join the team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the opportunity may have the option of extending or potentially becoming permanent.

Skills and Requirements

  • You will work across the business unit to deliver effective end to end recruitment in line with the Product Madness strategy.
  • You will be accountable for building and maintaining talent pools for each department with a view to increasing quality while decreasing time to hire and costs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You will provide support and guidance to managers in all areas of recruitment, keeping them informed of progress on vacancies.
  • Using multiple sourcing channels to resource for high quality candidates through LinkedIn, Job Boards and with specialised agencies to assist you in sourcing the best talent available.
  • Conducting candidate qualification to ensure only high calibre candidates are filtered and progressed through a streamlined recruitment process.

About You

  • You will ideally have previous experience working in both inhouse and/or agency recruitment with a focus on direct sourcing.
  • The ideal candidate will come from a gaming, tech or media background.
  • Previous experience sourcing from entry to mid - level volume positions across multiple business areas.
  • A strong candidate delivery/resourcing background with excellent analytical skills.
  • You’ll have bags of confidence to challenge recruitment requirements, business needs and have experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Training on systems will be provided.
